  • I started to watch all your videos a couple days ago...lots to watch still...yeah :) Love your vlogs and you are very inspiring. I am working hard on loosing 25 pounds...counting those calories and tons of exercise..;) Keep up the great work!!!!

  • @MimiMut First of all, thank you for watching! I appreciate all the support and encouragement. 25 lbs can be difficult to lose especially if its right around where your goal weight can be. So you will also need some encouragement and support, but understand that it is TOTALLY do-able! You CAN achieve your goal! So, you keep up the good work too!

  • Ive had times like that where you eat a little and KNOW you should have more but you are so not feeling it. No fun for sure. Awesome work on the workout lady! Doing great :). Little Jay is SO cute! Oh my goodness :)

  • @Jonesee90 LOL My little baby wizard, what can I say? He's a gem! hahaha I have a feeling he is going to be loud and crazy like his Momma some day. Lord, that'll be fn to deal with! haha I'm not sure why that happens to me about the feeling full thing.....maybe my stomach is a lot smaller than it used to be...??? Maybe I should be cutting back on my portion sizes??? I don't know. I'm at a loss here....I have to hit a certain amount of calories each day with all this exercise.

  • How long did it take you to get to this point....ie. willing to push yourself so hard ....& exercise so much....maybe It seems like a lot to me because I don't exercise much. Your son looked so cute & yes he did look like a little wizard.

  • @wmbgcoupon I answered this to the best of my abilities in the Day #8 vlog. Thank you for this question, you really got me thinking. But to summarize my answer, here's what I have to say: I was willing to do whatever it takes since Day #1. Sure, I fell off the wagon from time to time, gained and lost and gained and lost. But the point is, I never gave up. I'm still here and still trying my best. I think from Day 1, we all need to have the mentality that we're going to do whatever it takes.

  • I love J as the little baby wizard!! Hilarious! Here's what I would say about the eating when you weren't wanting to eat it. If it happens every now and then just stop. But if you aren't getting enough calories day after day then you should eat it. No need to stuff yourself to the uncomfy stage if you aren't hungry.

  • @Thedailydiet Thank you. Yes, I'm very bad for sleeping in because I don't really have a reason to get up...other than with my son when he wakes up. Sometimes I wish I DID have an actual job to get up and go to in the morning because that would FORCE me to get up. But, we must always push ourselves. So next time you feel like sleeping in...PUSH YOURSELF! Get up, however slow it might be, and DO SOMETHING GOOD for your body. You will DEFINITELY feel better for it! I promise.

  • @DemeterSearches I think thats the best thing to do. Especially in your case here with breakfast. Its important for us to properly fuel our bodies for the day...so its a good thing that we make ourselves eat what we KNOW we should be eating. I get into this problem a lot, and then my body will throw itself into starvation mode and hold on to everything. Its a crazy concept, I have to eat more to lose more. Weird. But true.

  • @jennasmommy0718 What do I do? I TAKE A REST! If your body is super sore, to the point that you're in pain doing regular day to day things, then I say take a rest and stretch your muscles as much as you can for an entire day. Thats what I'm doing today (Saturday). I've made it my day off and I'm focusing on stretching my muscles and helping that build up of lactic acid in the muscles to decrease. This is why its important to have 1 to 2 days of rest each week.

  • @SusieZeeland LOL I AM a freak of nature...I know! hahahaha I think you're right and it IS an illusion that I'm not hungry...so I usually try to just sit there and eat it all very slowly over a period of time. That usually helps. But I hate the overstuffed feeling I get afterwards. Hmmm...

  • @pararig33 Someone else here in the comments had a similar idea of how to handle this fullness issue. Thank you for the idea. I'll give it try this weekend!
