Oh you pretty much follow that up with anything, just think about it, you're wife's in a coma and you insult somebody, and they follow up by saying something really insensitive about you're wife being in a coma. The guy would be so stunned it would be hard for him to come up with a response for that, of course he could just punch you, but then he gets fired, so either way you get the last laugh.
