I have Vaze's album and it's phenomenal. Really great music, fresh and traditional at the same time. In my Kathak class we learned a dance to this song. This dance in the video is great! The dancers are so soft and graceful and have very clear footwork.

Bageshree is genius.

She has a wonderful tuneful voice, a complete mastery over taal, her movements while being graceful are just as precise, she never loses sight of the aesthetics of dance by making it into a gymnastics performance, she is ever mindful of the classical tradition even as she creates her own choreography, and with her talented husband Vineet Vyas she creates magic. Aren't we Torontonians fortunate to have them in our midst?
