I am just a kid doing research for school, and I am glad but horrified. I never knew that it might be so bad. I suspected, but never knew. It is a sad reality that people are delaying their marriages because of what happened. I think they are right and deserve at least an apollogy, and compensation if possible.

This redress must have occurred before Harper apologised and gave the compensation to the Chinese, wasn't it?

@SocialistReign I'm the idiot? you're the socialist. Take some economics courses and lay off the sociology for a bit. Harper rightfully apologized because he represents the Canadian Government. Indoctrinated history? I agree, we learn how Louis Riel is a 'hero' and ignore our Imperial greatness.

You idiot, this isn't complaining, this is documenting history. Harper's apologies are worthless seeing as he wasn't responsible. Sit down like a good student and watch the whole thing so that you can fix the indoctrinated history imposed by the government run curriculum,
