George Bell gets bunt single off the wall in Tony LaRussa Baseball for Sega Genesis

One ordinary summer day in 1993, George Bell of the Chicago White Sox performed one not-so-ordinary feat.

With his team down 4-0 in the top of the 9th inning, he unselfishly tried to lay down a bunt for a base hit to get a rally started for his team that had been shut down by the Cy Young pitcher Greg Maddux.

What happened next would go down in Sega Genesis history.

PC version of Tony2 had a glitch, where if a pitcher put down a hit and run bunt, he would promptly hit a home run which cleared the stands, usually traveling 500+ feet.
