After restoring the the stringers and getting everything back in the boat. We took it out for a test to see the big changes it has. Smaller wake I believe compared to heavy wet wood and soaked foam. Coosa was used to replace wood so this will never rot, we did refoam it but everything is sealed better then factory.

  • Props on doing all of that work. She scoots....and if God made a sound, it would be your engine noise. That is one of the best sounds in the world!

  • Awsome, love the way you can spin these boats also.....great video..

  • Man nice flat wake for an older Nautique, nice work, obviously done the right way this time.

  • We had a 1985 which we traded in on a 1994 which we still have(1500 hours). The '85 2001 was a great boat.

  • Sweet boat. I lived on a lake in Florida growing up and had an 83'. They really are amazing. Watching this video brings back some great memories.
