Since May 2000, the CARE Network has helped inmates and ex-offenders find a new lease of life through initiatives like the Yellow Ribbon Project. Our success can be attributed to the care and commitment of CARE Network members, volunteers, staff and supporters involved in offenders' rehabilitation.

Companies and business owners provide job opportunities for sincere ex-offenders to help REBUILD their careers and support the industries in prison managed by the Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE). Each employer has a story to tell -- his or her own yellow ribbon to wear. Through sharing their stories, we hope to inspire you into weaving your own yellow ribbon as well.
