Hi Max
1) Only use the left foot for the brake if there is something wrong with the car and I am afraid the motor will stop at a i.e. stoplight.
2) Never heard of it, but due to my experience with the automatic transmission in Mercedes cars throughout the 80's and the 90's, I have always called them semi automatic, as they are never good at shifting down on hilly roads. The transmissions got better in the late 90's.

Ok Max, here are your answers:
1. No, we brake with our right foot. But some old people use both :)
2. Never heard of a "killer automatic"
3. No that is not true, when you push both you do an awesome burnout :) (well my truck does)
-
your driving teacher is an idiot, we use our right foot for both the gas and brake.
I've never heard the term "killer automatic" and our vehicles still take throtle when on the brakes
-
That'd be awesome!

Yep. I will make some videos when I get the chance.

So, I was right :-)
thanks, kevin.. you should do some videos of your cars as well, I'd love to see them.

If they had this system which unables the motor to take throttle when on the brakes,
which they don't have, but my driving teacher said they had it, that's why I posted that question on youtube to have proof that American/ Canadians don't brake with their left foot, and to proof that vehicles still take throttle when on the brakes..
