We started out easy with the chargrilled kind first....they were pretty damn good...I just wasn't used to some of the texture.

  • Nice teeth...

  • My wife doesn't like some foods because of the texture. It took me forever to get her to try a raw oyster. I had to get her drunk to try one and she ended up eating about a dozen. Now she loves them. We ride down to Amite, LA and get them by the sack at Joey Oyster processing plant. Too bad that the government has all the oyster beds closed and we can't get them. I am buying a set of oyster tongs and going to start harvesting my own after this mess. I'm also craving hot-boiled blue crabs.

  • So cute! :)
