President of Toyota's U.S. division apologised Monday for faulty accelerator pedals that caused 1.8 million cars across Europe to be recalled amid concerns over safety.

  • Yeah, This idiot trying to blame Toyota Japan for american assembled cars. LOL

    Recalls didn't happen in Japan, funnily enough.

  • Recalls began when MOST of Toyota Manufacturing were transferred in the U.S.

  • This CEO is intentionally lying about the problems of the recalled vehicles.

    They keep blaming floor mats and just the pedals when the NHTSA and indepndent experts from Japan, USA and European Union concluded that the problems are far more complex and expensive to fix.

    Toyota just simply refuses to spend the money for a proper fix. They will have to eventually....when they learn the lesson the hard way.
