I don't make kefir. Presently, I have given my brewer away because my condition has improved so much -- I'm almost normal now. I included my current experimenting on YouTube because other insomniacs might be able to do what I did better and avoid the Pharmaceutical damage. Kefir sounds tasty though. I'd like to try kefir someday.
