  • Good workout just those kicks man. there pretty bad, bad technique.

  • @Armyaage, What he's doing is a circuit for warm up 10 seconds of each exercise back to back, we do 30 seconds on 10 seconds off with different types like picking up a heavy bag and exploding in one motion throwing it to a partner across the room, very intense, hell of a workout. Then we get into the techniques grappling and sparring.

  • them kick horriable he double step like a setup then kicked.....need to use your core!! more!! and them hands were not up!! alot of ppl kick and drop the guard..dont get in a habiat of droping ur hands when u kick...cuz u wuld get fucked..
