C++ Tutorial #14 - Part 1

The long awaited C++ tutorial number 14. I think I've had this waiting for about 1 and a half months, so here it finally is :P This is one that covers the calculator program. I've been slacking off recently. You guys can expect me to do more C++ tutorials though (I'm going to give JS a rest, because at the moment, we're just doing little tidbits before we take on a big chunk (and to be honest, there isn't too much left that I'm able to teach) whereas with C++ there is a lot of new material which is very important in learning to program with it. I've also recently signed up to go on a two week computer course for Python and C++ at Stanford this summer, so I'm chuffed and hopefully I'll learn lots of cool stuff I can teach all you guys :)).
