question..how do you target the butt doing squats lunges and all the other workouts without singling out the thigh???i have a toned butt and very big thighs but the size isn't there.how do i round my hips and butt specifically?

Looks like she's arching her back...That can cause injury!!!..the back should always stay straight while doing squats.

Good one!!gluteus maximus is a large muscle and is difficult to isolate it for the purpose of resistance exercise. In this video the thing to notice is that she is doing half squats, as gluteus maximus comes to play at the begining when someone is standing up from a sitting position. I recommend that in the beginning stage one uses a bench and uses it as a mark to go down till ur buttock just touches it and stand up till one gets used to how far to go down without any marker.
