I'm glad to see your video post here, Don, which presents a sound argument for what seems to be an obvious design flaw. It is shocking to think that such a rudimentary error in the engineering of this structure could have been allowed to take place, with such devastating and sad results. Hopefully, the pending investigation (see following link) will provide solid evidence to substantiate your claim, and allow justice -- of some kind -- to be served.
