Using it on non training days is a waste man, trust me ive tried it. It helps a bit replenish the muscle...but just drink water for that. THey want you to take it on non training days so the bottle is consumes faster :p

@VisionimagifyTV Gaspari says to take 1-2 scoops on non training days to preserve and maximise results.
but if your on a budget , its best to take on training days only.

@c2ash No, it's designed as a pre-workout drink NOT a post-workout drink, the creatine just helps to deliver ATP to your muscles, tho the creatine in superpump250 contains 1g of creatine and that's not even much, and certainly nothing that's going to help you recover on your days off, buy a bag of creatine instead and consume it everyday, 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 directly after your workout(just 1 in the morning on non-training days)
and 1 serving is 5g.

@jcrsix I would buy a Bcaa supplement, the problem is i think you can get over board with supplements and it ends up becoming very costly.
