  • The Marvel Characters were born out of the 60's vietnam war Civil rights. People are more in touch with the Marvel Characters. Black Panther, Dead Pool, Powerman, Dr Strange, Antman. They just feel more cutting edge. Outside of Batman DC doesn't stand of chance.

  • @DoubleMM70 Loving your comments, thanks Tyrone

  • No way DC characters are not cool enough. Wonder Women sucks Aquaman is whack. The reason why Batman works, so well now days is because he is a dark character. People are just into the cheesy character. I can gurantee green lantern is going to come in last place this year money compared to Xmen,Thor, Captain America.

  • @DoubleMM70 Hiya, I just saw Thor and was pretty impressed, looking forward to X-men, especially after the most recent trailer. I am sure Green Lantern will be fun. Cap America could be riveting, I hope, thanks and please keep commenting I have done a lot of newer shows on Man of Steel and The Dark Knight Rising, thanks, Tyrone

  • Justice League won't happen! Warner Bros. has said so. It is not in their plans, and I think they're smart to do so. The characters of DC are too iconic in nature to mix very well outside the comic book page.

  • @csaver You're probably right about the mixing thing. I hadn't thought about that. Its too bad, I get why its smart but part of me feels like we've seen it on TV, we've seen it straight to DVD... I'd love to see it up on the big screen. ~A

  • @tyronefilmshow I was going to go see tonight, but I'm going to wait until Saturday to see it. Have you seen those new trailers for the Xmen they look pretty slick. I'm rooting for all the superhero movies because I don't want to see them die out.

  • @piratebri

Yes,comic remakes should stop already. And what is the deal with reboot after reboot. That is just preposterous.

As for the comment about Marvel related movies. Obviously it is targeted at a certain audience. The comics are much more mature than what we have seen in the movies so far. But to be fair it did take Batman several movies until Nolan got a hold of it and made it have the depth that was showed in the comics.

  • @csaver thanks for the comment, Tyrone

  • @HDFEST thanks!
