  • Sorry I haven't replied sooner. The suppressor was built by Rock Creek Gun Services and yes I attached where it the muzzle brake used to be using a yhm quick attach. The 300 win mag has 5/8 x 24 threads and im not sure about the 338 lapua. The suppressor definately didn't add to the recoil. If anything it just added to the weight of the gun and minimized it. I will say that Savage did a great job with their muzzle brake reducing recoil.

  • Does the barrel come threaded from the factory when you buy a Savage 110? I was thinking about .338 Lapua Magnum. Thanks!

  • OH HOLY SHIT brother. That was awesome. I wish it was easier to get one her in communist Kalifornia. My 110 BA don't kick and I was worried about losing the recoil suppression with a sound suppressor replacing it. This takes that issue and puts it to bed.

Nice vid. Load some more... Take the video from different locations so we can see the recoil as well. Thanks for the upload.

You can check out mine from my channel and my daughter shooting it... she loves it.

  • What kind of surpressor is that? Did you just mount it where the muzzle brake used to be? any info you can supply would be great thanks.
