3、调料:白酒、天麻、杜仲;
4、烹饪方法:
(1)鸡腿用水煮熟之后捞出、过凉水、切成条状备用;
(2)冬笋和香菇切成片,铺在砂锅底部;
(3)放入鸡腿、姜片、天麻、杜仲,加上盐、白酒、白糖进行调味;
(4)倒入水、盖上盖儿、放进蒸锅,中大火蒸上四十分钟即可。
