I am very disappointed with this video. I downloaded all the files, on the xda developers website it said to not use the bootloader so i didn't. My phone was previously rooted but it is not anymore. All my applications are gone, and they aren't even in the market. What should I do?

I have tried 3 different cables on all my usb ports on 2 different computers. It gives me usb errors. What can i do?
