Hastily made Philippine tourism video, ICA Version.

Here's the text description of the "ICA Recruiting" video posted by shadow19462 on 2007. As many of you fellow Youtubers, he is currently in custody for various charges, for plotting a school attack in Plymouth-Whitemarsh HS in Pennslyvania, US. All preserved, including the typographical and grammatical errors from the original video content. However, due to policy changes, I have replaced the seemingly-violent audio and pictures with suitable ones for the general public. Nevertheless, the message from the video is the same one, sans audio + pics. The newer pictures are from differrent places in Metro Manila (National Capital Region), Philippines, in order to coincide with the country's Independence Day festivities last June 12. Due to the high usage of DSL lines down in my area, I have uploaded this video 2 days later to avail the higher bandwidth available during off-peak hours. The song, "Careless Whisper", by George Michael, is used in place of the "Wicked Young Man" by Alice Cooper.
