After Dunkirk fell Roosevelt was most sympathetic with Britain. If U Brits had nipped Hitler in the bud from 1934 to 1938 WW2 would not have happened. But U appeased, licked + kissed Hitlers ass when U could have easily stopped Hitler Nazi Germany, but U were to lazy!

That does entitle Japan to be an Aggressor Nation and than sneak attack Pearl Harbor. The Japs seized Dutch oil and went on a military + genocidal rampage of Asia. Japan was a member of Tripartite Pact with Germany + Italy + which required them to assist each other with military support + actions during war.
