Love Psychosis--Character Portrait Film Project

The goal of this short film was to present a filmic portrait of a character. The focus was to create and communicate through mise-en-scéne specific things about characters habitual activities. Within his habitual activities, the character is faced with a dilemma he cannot resolve.

This project is meant to demonstrate effectiveness in continuity editing, matches on action, 180 degree space, and creativity. This project was not graded or evaluated based on other factors such as the quality of the camera, lighting, and/or film crew.

In short, I hope the message of this short film enhances your interest in embracing the medium of film as a tool for human motivation and inspiration.
