@liamallen Hi - Drugs are no secret when it comes to Peter D., so I'm sure Elton knew that was a possibility when he was invited since Peter was playing live w/his own bands for the festivals etc. If you watch any of his other videos, when he doesn't have a guitar in his hands, that's pretty much how he moves around on stage. Definately not condoning drug use - but really, even if he was stoned, I'm sure that wasn't the first or last rock and roller to perform at a musical festival stoned!
