Todays split was;

Barbell shoulder press 4 sets
1 set super heavy 4 reps
3 sets 6-12 reps
Reverse flys 3 sets 6-12 reps
Side Raises 3 sets 6-12 reps
Barbell shrugs 2 sets 8-15 reps
