Use nylon lock nuts whenever you can. Things will vibrate their way loose. Also consider using an epoxy or something like jb weld liquid steel, and apply it to the ends of things. That way it is a lot more challenging for things to vibrate loose.

There is so many older questions I haven't answered. I hardly come on here and I feel bad for that. I too used to want to know how to do all of this and when someone doesn't answer it can become very frustrating. I figure by now the ones that have been asked so long ago have been figured out. My 80cc skyhawk bike tops about 30 mph then totally loses power and bogs down?

I have adjusted the float numerous time's with little progress. When I shut the gas off it runs top end fine until the bowl is empty. Any Help ??

how do's this video help know how to put the moter on the bike .The meaning of instruction is to show a step buy step how to put the moter on the bike not show the engine on the bike then point to things and say this is how you do it your instrctions suck , show by doing it step buy step you put a part on and then we the buyer can see how it is dun , you must see how to put it on the right way so fix it to show how NOT tell how William mcgouey

Does anyone know where I can get a carb. float ? Mine is only 3 months old and it leaked gas in and sank making the engine flood and stall. I have sealed up the leak somewhat and I can ride for the time being, but I am sure it will sink again. It is the 80cc engine with the cheapo carb. Vince Thanks for any help you can offer.
