im building my second bike and i have run into a problem in the clutch i pull the lever and the outside plate gets pushed out but it is still engaged any ideas?

hey, this happened to me too. i put transmission fluid in it, which prob isnt good. but the clutch needs some sort of lubrication like this guy says at the end of the vid w/ the 20 D or 30 D oil, that would work best. getting shipped from china, none of the clutches have been lubricated.

I'm having trouble on the very first step. How do I get the fiber mounting on the inside of the spokes? Am I supposed to cut it?
