@Corallis I tried to add in some leeway just in the offchance that I was wrong about the original... My mom had the records, I had the CD's, and we have the DVD... So that's the only one that I'm familiar with. But thanks.

@dunespeak if you refer to the song used in the AMV, then this *is* the original. it's the one on the JCS concept album from 1970.

XD It doesn't have the oomph that the original King Herod's Song has (the 1973) but it's still good... however... I wish that some notes stayed the same... XDDD Ah...I liked this amv though.

We're doing JC for our school musical this year, and because the concert band haven't got their sh*t together yet we're using the CD to practise with. I love this version of the song! The version in the movie just hasn't got that special something.
