  • hey i have a question

I usally start off the day with 2 eggs just normally cooked and a nice bowl of oatmeal with almond milk and for lunch i usally go for pastas or rice or sandwiches or other things in that direction but my problem is dinner time do you have any idea what a vegitarian can eat for dinner that also consumes dairy thats good for a very active person?

i usally catch myself having a protein shake and a banana and some nuts but i dont know if that will do

    also great videos =]

  • I usually eat lots of pasta for dinner and have a small lunch. It seems you have a large lunch and small dinner. I usually eat a stir fry of vegetables for dinner with rice or pasta and bread. Your on the right track though. If you want dairy try something with cheese, or yogurt.

  • ShinobiMystic! Yo. I have a question. What type of food do you suggest to eat as a breakfast? Instead of the typical American breakfast ( waffles, pancakes, bacon, and so on.)

  • Eat lots of wheat based food, Oat meals and such. That will give you the large amount of wheat that the food pyramid gives us. Also I like to eat eggs prepared simply for my protein during the day.

Pankakes have white four, and Bacon is loaded with protien yes, but too much fats and sodium.

Almost everything is good in moderation.

    But basically 1:21

I hope this helps, Thanks for watching.

  • great video mike. it is cool you put these out right when i am beginning a new phase in my life and a hardcore diet i started 3 days ago and snacks i am eating fruit and water and stuff and no pop and i used to drink alot. so it is cool and exciting for me to get slim. hopefully you will see. then i can be more ninja. lol

  • Yeah, I thought this should be good especially since many people have the ideas about nutrition but don't understand what a balanced diet means. I hope this helps and that you can stick to your food regime. I wish you best and you'll be looking great in no time. Yeah soda is really bad, for your teeth and stomach.

  • thanks friend. Yes this is mostly common sense, but I wanted to make this.

  • yeah that sounds good alright thank you =D

  • Thank you I am glad you have learned something. There is not much to diet and nutrition when you understand it.

  • I don't really know. You should ask a doctor. But I do know that when you eat blood is forced to your stomach to help make it churn and digest the food. Thanks for watching friend.
