Hangnail(uk) live in Chelmsford, Thu 18 Nov 1999.
I filmed this with James' small handy camera(NTSC), and I had to transform it to PAL later,
so the sound quality is quite bad and, the copied PAL tape even got blanked out sound.
James's got the original NTSC tape.
(- - - But, if you are a big Hangnail fan who listened to their albums 1000 times,
your brain will support the perception with the memory, so,
it is very possible to enjoy this footage, it's up to you.)

Their show on this day was so good and brilliant, they were not drunk or stoned neither.
And on the same day same time, Orange Goblin was supporting FuManchu(was it?) in London,
so not much audience for Hangnail in Chelmsford.
