Bill of Rights (Serviceman's Readjustment Act of 1944) after World War II, with extensive voiceover narration about the history of the bill, with archival footage of soldiers returning home after World War I and reenactments of soldiers receiving the benefits of the bill.

little did they know that many of the grandkids of these men would join the military exactly for the GI bill, to pay for college. (I in no way am saying this is the main reason for joining the military, but some do join for this reason.)
