John Ott and Jacob Lieberman studied and documented previous studies on how sunlight helps maintain health. Regular exposure to appropriate levels of sunlight reduce cavity, lower instances of vision problems, cleans the blood, and increases attention span.

When you have done a bit to much sunbathing Aloe and witchhazel in a mister can be great for skin healing.

  • Hi LoveMzS, thanks for commenting on my video. For over a decade I have found the brand Thayers Rose Water Witch Hazel really has protected and aided my skin and the skin of those around me who have sustained scratches as well as burns and sun burns. I also add other interesting things to my withhazel such as aloe or tea tree or whatever peaks my interest at the time....
