yeah right wanted syracuse, ok, thats bs, they wanted VT and miami because they were tired of their football being a joke, FSU was the only thing worth anything in that conference in football, yes basketball conference, but they only reason miami BC and VT went to the ACC is because of football, they didn't want syracuse, if they wanted them they could of easily gotten them, mrotha come on

True the BE had a better bowl record but the ACC by far had the best OOC record for the season. VT isn't going back the BE, never happen. The governor was the force behind the ACC move but now I believe everyone in the ACC can agree that VT football was a good addition. I have no idea why anyone would want Syracuse for their football program.

well, the Big East ended up 4-2 in its bowls. What record did the ACC end up with? Va Tech did redeem the conference with its win over Cincinatti, but truthfully, I'd rather have Va Tech, BC back in the Big East. Its too bad, the ACC loves it basketball, which was clear until the 3 teams left the BE You gotta admit the ACC was forced to take Va Tech, they really wanted Syracuse, only your Senator ensured your entry into the ACC.
