Ontul Rinpoche Interview in Montclair Part One

Interview Part Onew.Venerable Ontül Rinpoche is a master of both the Kagyu Mahamudra as well as of the Nyingma Atiyoga. H. H. Chetsang Rinpoche recognized Ontul Rinpoche to be the emanation of Khiuchung Lotsawa, one of the twenty-five main disciples of Guru Padmasambhava . His main monastery originated in the 19th century in Eastern Tibet with the Drikung Treasure Lord Orgyen Nuden Dorje. To maintain these ancient transmissions, Rinpoche established the Wogmin Thubten Shedrub Ling Monastery in India at Tso Pema (Lotus Lake). He travels the world transmiting the Drigung Dzokchen treasure teachings and to support the Drikung Dzokchen Community of layperson meditators. Rinpoche is known for his warm humor, wisdom, and vast compassion.

@aboaka its not abt believe but it abt fact ok....if its only abt believe i can believe cows,smakes and elephant as my god like hindu does.....its crazy...do u have believe in those animals....man

@aboaka respect ur rinpoche like u repect ur school teacher ,sport trainer or ur parents...but we we dont give same respect. whyyyy rinpoche is no a god just a teacher like any other...

@kalvadenpa if u know much about buddhism then you dont need a master.. maybe your defination of Rinpoche or a master is reading few books..but for others it is different..

@kalvadenpa i dont think you can sell buddhism, Buddhism is not a product which you can easily buy from some market. Buddhism is your mind, it is the philosophy.

As you said we need to study and practice Kangyur and Tengyur, Very true but not all people are as smart as you who can study themselves.. There are other people who needs to be guided.

love kindness and compassion these words seens like trade mark to sell buddism.i knw what rinpoche means o.k. u said these rinpoche are teacher or masters...but i think we need to learn and practice whats writen in kagyu tengyu.coz this is the true meaning of buddist..u cant be rinpoche just coz u read few books abt buddist ..no man.i think i knw much more abt budist.

@kalvadenpa I guess you have very little knowledge on Tibetan buddhism, Rinpoches are not gods but masters or teachers. A Rinpoche gives teachings and guides a person. Maybe you should try reading some very basic buddhist philosophy texts to understand better or just ignore it if you are against it. Whether you believe or not is up to you.But we all are same human beings, and love,kindness and compassion is for everyone.

@aboaka u knw what those who believe in such rinpoche needs to go doctor coz its mental u knw that...step out of it and u will see the whole new world...there is no place for god.
