For your consideration: suppose that the construction of the WTC towers hinged on a guarantee to insurance underwriters that the towers would not cause significant damage to surrounding structures in the event of their collapse. How could such a guarantee possibly be implemented? The video is Get Smart episode #52, "Smart Fit the Battle of Jericho", which aired in 1968 (the same year that WTC construction began). Synchronicity?

Oh, and don't forget WTC Building 7.

When I'll build myself a house I will plant nukes in the ground foundation. It's common practice isn't it?

  • When the Sears tower was constructed, they installed rockets for the day they would need to send the tower into outerspace?

  • Checkout " thermite, twin towers " on youtube etc.

  • Also, not long after the start of the the construction of the World Trade Towers, the US acquired use of the Island of Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean as a military pre-positioning depo.
