It was a chance for Cisco to get noticed, but also give to the kids, and make them think and feel like Santa was really in the North Pole, getting ready for Christmas, instead of sitting in a hospital, on a guys lap.

Soo.... they couldn't find anyone to dress up as Santa AT the hospital and used an expensive telepresence system instead?
