Joy Clausen Soto was diagnosed with cancer when she was 23-years-old. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is often an aggressive cancer. But she refused to let the disease destroy her spirit or her desire to help others.

This video segment, filmed as a part of our hospital's abc7 Imagine Television Special, details her story of her care for cancer, and how, since then, she has turned potential tragedy into her life's mission, providing special dolphin experiences for teens fighting cancer.

STAFF FEATURED:
Stuart Siegel, MD, Director, Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases
