I've got a KHS hardtail with lockout on the fork. Safe enough for the bike to try these basic moves on?

Awesome vids!
Do you need to lean over the handle bars then throw your shoulders? will it feel like your falling off? when i try it i get 150 the the bike handlebars smash into your knees, how do you stop this?

@2012Way handlebars into your knees? Sounds like you're doing something wrong.
After a certain degree of turning you will actually have to turn the front wheel mid-air (which should naturally happen if you're weights in the right place).
Ideally, you should always land straight - so if you're back end is landed 150 and your front end is in the same position as when you hit the brakes - you'll probably hit the knees and your technique is wrong. Watch Andy closely...
