  • I don't like seeing myself either because it makes me realize how bad I let things go and how what's on the outside doesn't suit who I am on the inside. I think it will get better as you get closer to your goal. I understand. Stay strong.

    Put down the camera, and hit the gym. Focus your effort on running till it hurts, lifting til it hurts, harness your energy into work. Resist the temptations that will keep you from where you want to be. Use every trick you know to

    loose it.

    Youre gonna have to fight for it.. And fight every single day.
