thank you for the video im going to ask the teach to show the class your vid. there is a need for technicians and you don't need your certificate to start in hvac. this will be my 2nd semester towards the certificate and i received a job offer to start in the summer so i will be epa certified by then. you can do preventative maintenance with out being certified hvac

From all these comments, I sure as hell hope you can't become an 'ac technician' in 6 months. A refrigeration mechanic is a years long apprenticeship like other core trades like plumbing and electrician, of which refrigeration/HVAC shares several skills/knowledge basics from.

im in my second semester towards the certificate which i believe takes 2 years . a senior tech came out to my house from a company and i was asking him if the duct work was going to supply enough air to the rooms because of their size and he asked me if i wanted a job, i havent had a job in 10 years because of my knee replacement i received my g.e.d. in 2005. i am a - B - student and it is not hard as long as you read the book and pay attention during labs

@True2TheBlueYoViGang . in Australia , it takes 3 years at Tech school , one day a week . And you work for 4 years the days your not at tafe, its an apprenticeship a trade .
