Look at what's happening now. In some places like paris, you can scan your smart phone to pay for goods. It comes right off your bill. Replaces your wallet and bank cards when you go out.

Your phone is everything now, and they're taking everything else away slowly, saying it's no longer needed.

Being from Venezuela and being an indepentent thinker in the sense I trust nobody, I can safely tell you Chavez is almost prepared for a conflict against the US.
