@thissar woah first time im commenting on my own vids. anyway to answer your question, which youth around the world do not parrot western culture? over in malaysia the general youth in the cities tend to mimic others. but as you can see in this ad its still a very healthy mix of western culture with local culture. its not really an issue just poking fun at indians living in the city

The most awesome commercial ever. I am not Malaysian. But I have a question. Is Malaysian Indian youth known for parroting western culture or is Malaysian youth in general under the severe influence of western culture? In other words, was this commercial addressing a real issue among the youth in Malaysia?
