Former atheist sings "Trust and Obey"

Hello, I am a former atheist.
I became agnostic later.
Then I got involved in the occult. :-(
I was full of hate and anger.
I rejected the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Because I was foolish and evil.
I did not seek God, but He sought me.
Because Jesus Christ paid for my sins.
Jesus Christ is my Lord and Saviour.
I want to obey God.

I will worship God forever. :-)
Even when it is noisy.
Even when I feel blurry.
Even when the lighting is bad.
Because He wants me to.
Trust and obey

To be happy in Jesus

I hope my testimony encourages you to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to people who hate God.

HISTORY: In 1886, Daniel Towner, was leading the music during one of Moody's preaching campaigns in Massachusetts. During the service a young man stood up to give a testimony. "I am not quite sure -- but I am going to trust, and I am going to obey." Towner jotted down the words and sent them to his friend, John Sammis, who was a Presbyterian pastor. Sammis using the words of this short testimony wrote the hymn we know as "Trust and Obey." As he wrote the hymn he considered the different areas of our life what we need to trust God about.

(3) our total submission
(4) following God's call for our life

You got the subtitles wrong. They should have read. Hello, I am a former compulsive liar. I became good at singing. Then I got involved in acapella. ☺ I had perfect pitch and tone. I rejected an offer from Sony Music Entertainment. Because I was waiting for a better offer. I did not want to settle, considering my vocal gift. Because as sure as I was gifted. I am was even more sure . That I understand what the terms “atheist”, and “agnostic” mean.

What makes religion appeal to you? It's a child's story full of blood, hate, and rape. The modern day story is of course more user friendly due to charismatic preachers, but, none-the-less, relying on religion is relying on myth and superstition instead of reality.
