Lame, i make wine the real way
-
Hey Jake, I made a gallon of the cranberry wine and it is great!!. I used regular table sugar but whirled in a food prossessor first to make it desolve faster. I also used regular bakers yeast and that work good too. I used a balloon with needle punched holes for the air lock. Thanks for the great recipe. Oh BTW, it tastes nothing like cranberry juice. ;)

i have another question....say for example if you wanted to pour the wine out into a fancy looking wine bottle,,how long should you wait before you do that?? i wasnt sure if it matters how long you wait or not..and what would be the best way to do that??

Why you do not use nutrient and tannin?

That's the brand of yeast I used when I use to make wine except the kind I used had the number 1116 in it. It worked great.

@mieses2pieces Also, you should use a bung and an airlock.

@mieses2pieces Ya,but I only have one bung and airlock I use for my home brew at the moment,no air will enter through the slightly loosened lids especially will there is carbon pushing out, cheers!
