I watched this video by Eric Green, The Digital Gangster and this is a response to his response from Step Perez.

The one thing about the network marketing industry is that it will either mold you into a leader, or it will chew you up and spit you out and leave you with nothing.

In order to make it in the industry one must be prepared to do alot of work on themselves and help others along their path.

Leaders like Eric and Steph that are "do whatever it takes" type people shine like beaming lights in the industry.

In his video, Eric really tells it like is about the industry and it really hit home for me.

I spent 5 years of my life and over $100k in cashflow being led down a path creating a growing organization when the company was actually imploding.




Everytime I gained serious momentum, the company changed their marketing plan.

I chalked it up as a great life experience, but just about threw in the towel on the industry.

That's when I decided to focus on writing my book. Without the life experience I would never have been ab le to write it. So there is always somethjing good that comes out of everything. No matter how bad it may seem at the time.

It is only through life experiences that we can truly become leaders.
