Webbing tape is easy to use. You don't need to put any mud on the wall first like with paper tape so the webbing tape is cleaner to use.....no mess. Use "this" to cut the webbing tape....& I don't mean scissors. Webbing tape is great for drywall patches. Want to get some free painting tips for your next paint project? • @David85swe I have used paper tape...usually on new construction. If I'm just doing a ptach, webbing tape works best for me. My experience is the other way around where the paper tape cracks down the middle & the webbing tape doesn't since you have a web making it harder to tear &/or rip like paper tape. I can easily bridege webbing tape over a hole where I can't with paper tape. Thanks for commenting. Joe :0
