@MyMerlin1 The real strawberry field is an orphanage in LiverPool true. The Strawberry Fields memorial, and Imagine plaque are built in midtown Manhattan. It was built by Yoko Ono, and a few others in memory of John Lennon. It's actually pretty close to John Lennon's last home (the Dakota) in the Upper East Side. John Lennon spent a large portion of his music career(mostly post Beatles) in Manhattan. Though you are right London has a lot more History than New York City.

The best #1 reason to comming to new york before 2011 would be if Ella would give a guided tour of New York ending at Rocketboom's studio(s) and getting to meet the people. I'd guess a lot of viewers here would consider that a nice vacation between christmas and new year. You could also make a bit of cash by charging for the tour ;)
