Atlanta Braves Tomahawk Chop and Chop Scoreboard

Taken at Turner Field during an exhibition game against the Detroit Tigers on 4/3/09. During a mound conference, the fans engage in the (racially insensitive) Tomahawk Chop. The animated chop scoreboard is pretty cool, in spite of what I think about the whole "tomahawk chop" thing. Or a team calling itself the Braves.

It's empty because duh, it's an exhibition game who cares about those?

@go57mets Turner field has 13,000 more seats than Citi in a city of just over 500k people. NYC metro area has 19.5 million people. More importantly, the Braves are a good team going to the playoffs and the Mets are miserable year after year despite their massive payroll.

@go57mets Just an exhibition game. Nothing to get excited about I guess. We pack the house when we pound the Mets though. Especially last week when we took 2 of 3! Enjoy your battle with the Marlins for 4th in the east!!!
