He lined him up and hit him with his head down, from behind. It's dangerous. Five minutes and a game misconduct. The amount of guys posting comments here that would love to take ovechinks cock down their throat is disturbing. Shame on you ignorant dickheads.

@scumatron You're an idiot. How are the Caps doing anyways???

@MIKEGRIER25 that being said, Mike Grier sucks
-
@tonajim clean...nothing but clean. OV is aweseome.

@MIKEGRIER25 clean hit

@Tigersfan829 I agree that it was a penalty, but it wasn't a hit from behind. He hit him from the side. Kaleta went into the boards face first because he turned slightly. The only illegal part of the hit was that Ovie took 2 many strides.That's why it was a boarding call, & not a checking from behind.

@GreatGoose100 its a good call, it's a hit from behind which is illegal. you know how bad you can hurt someone doing that? A kid got paralyzed because of this around where i live
-
not a good call, too many players these days pass the puck and immediately become lax. It was a clean hit, kaleta takes a bad fall. then all of a sudden its a penalty. He saw ovechkin coming, this is Kaleta drawing a penalty.

I think the Sabres should beat the shit out of ovechkin like they did the Senators in the brawl

Dirty...nothing but dirty. OV is a scumbag. At least when Kaleta hits you he hits you clean like a man instead of a dirty pussy. watch out next time you play Buffalo OV. Kaleta will hit you into next season, but he'll do it clean.
It was the right call. He left his skates. Its hockey, yeah, itll happen. But it's the rules. Black and white.

There's no such thing as a clean hit when the guy leaves his feet. That's charging and will get called every time, even moreso when it was on the boards and drew blood.
