  • Especially meaningful to see as I know Marshall from his Smithsonian and APAPIC/AAM days, and I'm currently in Malaysia, the place where my father was born, I was born and then left just before turning 5 years old, and where I have not visited for 21 years.

    Marshall's story is one we don't hear often enough--discrimination existed in such real estate practices and his father overcame it.

    Here's to more such stories so that the full picture of living in and becoming American is revealed.
