If I could have but one wish it would be to meet Judi Dench for a fleeting moment for pouring her heart out for us in so many fine films and plays. What an icon. I probably would not be able to drink my tea though ha ha

seems like most people who've watched her stuff, like her. she's very much on the adorable side, as people go. i love her stuff...all of it. not because so many others do, but simply because she's so genuine & keeps it simple. but, to each his/her own. likes & dislikes are relative, aren't they?

how come judi dench is so popular? i can't stand any of the films shes in...her acting is so boring and dependant

What a great tribute to a magnificent lady and actress. I do love Dame Judi Dench and I wish I have had the privilege to see her on stage, but I feel very lucky to have seen her on tv and in films. She is-together with Vivien Leigh- the most beautiful of all of the British actresses that I have ever seen - This music for her marvelous "Ladies in Lavender" is very moving. Thank you and all my love, admiration and respect to Dame Judi Dench. Thank you for being so beautiful!!!

You know what she said? "I´m very impressed with your English!" (I´m a Swede. Of course I couldn´t send her my Swedish stuff.) So - now I´m writing a book in English! ("Me the Self-made Woman"). I just hope she wasn´t exaggerating...

Dame Judi is one of the leading talents in the world of British theatre and film...not to mention her wonderful T.V work.
This beautiful violin piece from 'ladies in lavender' is a fitting musical tribute. It captures her dignity, generosity and spirit as both a perfomer and as a graceful human being. your an inspiration Judi xxx
